Ceramics have always held a special role in the world of art. When we talk about ceramic sculptures, we are speaking of an intimate encounter between the artist and the material. I, as an artist, find profound satisfaction in shaping clay, feeling it yield beneath my fingers, following the rhythm of my heart and vision. Each sculpture is a journey, a dance between my soul and the ceramic. There's an exchange of energies; something of me enters the sculpture, and in return, something of the sculpture enters me. This bond between the artist and his creation is deeply spiritual, almost sacred. For me, as a man who cannot experience the gift of giving life as women do, creating a sculpture is my way of approaching that miracle.
I am particularly fond of modeling. I take the clay and shape it with my hands, feeling how the material bends under my fingers. The shape of the sculpture begins to come to life as it is worked on. This wonderful dance between my hands and the clay is a magnificent journey where, as an artist, I feel something of me enters the sculpture and, at the end of its creation, something of the sculpture re-enters me.
Each piece carries something authentic and unique with it. The rarest sculptures in my catalog are often the ones that are purchased most quickly, as they reflect my dedication, passion, and the uniqueness of my artistic vision.
